Hier erfährst du, wie du dein BeBetr-Konto und alle zugehörigen Daten vollständig löschen kannst.

Konto direkt in der App löschen
Der schnellste Weg, dein Konto zu löschen, ist direkt in der App:
- Öffne die BeBetr App
- Gehe zu Profil (unten rechts)
- Tippe auf Privacy Hub
- Tippe auf Konto löschen
- Bestätige die Löschung
Was wird gelöscht?
Bei der Kontolöschung werden alle deine Daten innerhalb von 30 Tagen unwiderruflich entfernt:
- Profildaten (Name, E-Mail, Einstellungen)
- Ernährungs- und Mahlzeitendaten inkl. Fotos
- Peptid- und Substanz-Logs (Dosierungen, Zyklen, Injektionsstellen)
- Blutwerte und Laborergebnisse
- Symptom-Check-ins und Körpermetriken
- KI-Coach-Konversationen
- Gewichtsverlauf, Hydration, Workouts
Hinweis: Ein aktives Premium-Abonnement wird durch die Kontolöschung nicht automatisch gekündigt. Bitte kündige dein Abo vorher über den Apple App Store oder Google Play Store.
Löschung per E-Mail anfordern
Wenn du keinen Zugriff auf die App hast, kannst du die Löschung auch per E-Mail anfordern. Sende eine Nachricht von der E-Mail-Adresse, mit der du registriert bist, an:

office@bebetr.appWir bearbeiten Löschanfragen innerhalb von 5 Werktagen. Du erhältst eine Bestätigung per E-Mail.

Delete account directly in the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the app:
- Open the BeBetr app
- Go to Profile (bottom right)
- Tap Privacy Hub
- Tap Delete account
- Confirm the deletion
What gets deleted?
When you delete your account, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days:
- Profile data (name, email, settings)
- Nutrition and meal data including photos
- Peptide and substance logs (dosages, cycles, injection sites)
- Blood work and lab results
- Symptom check-ins and body metrics
- AI coach conversations
- Weight history, hydration, workouts
Note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active premium subscription. Please cancel your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store beforehand.
Request deletion via email
If you don't have access to the app, you can also request deletion by email. Send a message from the email address you registered with to:
